What is the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by going to the Order History section of your account. We'll tell you if your order is being processed or has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you can also track your shipment via the tracking link along with the number provided within the dispatch email.

What is the refund policy?

You will have 10 days from the delivery date to change your mind and return the items as long as the items remain unwashed. You can request a return by emailing us at support@gym-r.com, with your Order number and list of items to be returned. After receiving the return item(s), we will issue a refund back to the customers' account. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No re-stocking will be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

What do I do if I never receive my order?

Contact us immediately by emailing support@gym-r.com and provide the order number and the list of items that you’ve purchased and we will look into this problem as soon as possible.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Once your order is submitted, we will then have it processed for the next business day. It is then packed and dispatched. You will receive an email notification with all your order information, along with your estimated delivery date. You should receive your order within 3-5 business days. Please note that your order packages are not shipped or delivered on weekends and bank holidays.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

You can use our Size Chart on the Product page to measure for your correct size. If you have received your item and it is not as you ordered, please contact us immediately. Email us at support@gym-r.com and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake as promptly as possible.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

Once you’ve placed an order unfortunately you cannot make any changes. However if your items or address is incorrect, we would recommend cancelling your order within 30 minutes and placing a new one. If you were unable to cancel your order within 30 minutes, please get in touch with us on the Customer Care section via our Contact us page and email us so that we can rectify this.

How do I get a new password?

You can reset your password by clicking on 'Forgot your password?' link on the Login page and entering your email address registered against your account, where we will send you a password reset link. Follow the link to reset your password.
